Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)

This is qualification is a mandatory requirement to train and assess in the workplace as per Australian National Standards. AGGA’s Certificate IV in Training and Assessment program will provide your team members with the skills to confidently train groups and individuals, as well as the knowledge to develop assessment tools for use in the glass manufacturing and glazing sectors.

The AGGA, in association with The Improve Group - a Registered Training Organisation, has designed our Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) to increase and transfer knowledge and skills in the workplace.

Ideal for senior operators, supervisors, workplace trainers and mentors this program will provide you with the skills to conduct training and assessment evaluations, lead a team that fosters innovation, develop training and assessment organisational policies and procedures, manage people and how to recruit, select and induct staff.

Upon successful completion of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) you will receive a nationally recognised qualification and have the skills and knowledge to perform the role of a skilled trainer, facilitator and assessor within your workplace as well as in a Vocational Education and Training environment.
